With premium protection and simplified management, the 1000VA UPS ensures consistent and reliable connectivity at the most critical moments.




Consistent and Reliable Connectivity


With 8 outlets and 1 switched outlet group, this server and network UPS provides uninterrupted battery power to connected electronics. With sine wave output when on battery, this tower UPS offers the highest degree of compatibility with PFC servers and sensitive electronics.




Monitoring Flexibility; EcoStruxureTM Ready


Monitor your Smart-UPS from anywhere at any time via two options; cloud-based secure web portal with automated, customizable alerts regarding the health of your UPS or EcoStruxure IT software and services for larger scale or highly distributed IT infrastructures. Connect to either monitoring software using the Port on the back of the device.




Alternate Monitoring and Management Options


Use the intuitive LCD interface and PowerChute software to configure settings and monitor usage. A SmartSlot in the back of the UPS offers the option to add a Network Management Card (NMC) to remotely manage the UPS over the network (NMC sold separately). Audible alarms also provide notification of changing utility power and UPS conditions.




High Efficiency


This 700 watt UPS offers a green mode to ensure you are operating at the highest level of efficiency while it’s smart battery management maximizes performance. Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) adjusts voltages ensuring reliable power while preserving battery life.




Additional Specifications


One switchable outlet group is included for individual load management. Predictive battery management provides an estimated date of when battery replacement is recommended.

This new UPS is updated, so will be able to handle our multiple peripherals and respective software. Though having just purchased it, we're confident it will take us through upcoming years without incident! Thank you for offering great products at reasonable prices, without having to be an IT expert ;-)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice compact design but one big problem Great unit... unfortunately our old one has an internal fault and won't recover even after battery replacement. The problem with these small form factor Smart-UPS units is re-sellers list the 600w model with "Smart Connect" and a VERY misleading feature. That "Smart Connect" doesn't connect to our enterprise switch, as we do with our AP9630 UPS Network Management Card. Even the photo leads one to believe that RJ45 connector is all ready to plug into your network. It is not. APC should take steps to clarify that. As it is now we're looking at Tripp Lite as an alternative so we know what we're getting. Sorry APC. misleading information isn't good for your business model.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Smaller capacity 1000VA Tower UPS Newer version of the standard 1000VA Tower UPS Unit, but now it comes with the new SmartConnect remote monitor software which works great. Highly recommended if you don't have a large amount of equipment to protect.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great UPS These are great units at a reasonable price point. The ability to add a communication module for remote monitoring is a plus. We've used a number of them over the years in different applications, and they always seem to work well.
