Google G-Suite is the premium business version of Google G-Suite. In addition to everything available in Google G-Suite for Work, it includes unlimited storage and Google Vault for everyone in your organization, plus additional Drive administration, auditing, and reporting features.

Users can:
•Store as many files in Google Drive as they need, as well as unlimited Gmail messages and Google+ Photos. Users no longer need to pick and choose only the most valuable content, saving them time and worry. (If you have 4 or fewer users in your organization, each user gets 1 TB of storage.)

In addition, administrators can:
•Use Google Vault to retain, archive, search, and export your organization's email for your eDiscovery and compliance needs.
•Use Vault to also search across all files in Drive and export files based on searches.
•Gain additional insights with advanced Drive audit reporting and APIs.
•Specify exactly which users can do the following, based on organizational units:
oDownload or use Google Drive for Mac/PC to sync Drive files with their computer.
oEnable offline access to Google Docs editors.
oOpen files in web apps installed from the Chrome Web Store.
oUse Google Docs add-ons built by other developers.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My experience with with Google Apps (the education version) has been good After three year worked with GApps (today GSuite) , it has success to develop materials & contents into intranets, for manage several business process.My students and colegues starting to use in your classes and meet agility and easy way. The Google Drive service, now is used not only for storage information, too, for build materials and public content.The several services used, docs, slides, spreadsheet, draw, sites, and now Google clasroom, are excelent alternatives for teach to students in collaboration and online environment.The use of Google Suite is easy and very productive.Disclaimer: I am a real user, and this review is based on my own experience and opinions.

Valuable Features:* Very easy to administer* Most users find it easy to use* It's free for many non profit organizationsImprovements to My Organization:It was much easier and cheaper for us than most email solutions as we didn’t have to worry about anything except setting up users.Room for Improvement:People who are used to Outlook hate it but I’m not really sure what should be improved, as that is feedback that I got. I would love to see threading handled in a more “classic” inbox way. As far as I know, that’s everyone's biggest complaint about Gmail, and in most respects, Google Apps for Education email is just like Gmail.Use of Solution:I've used it for over two years.Deployment Issues:No issues encountered.Stability Issues:It was extremely reliable.Scalability Issues:No issues encountered.Customer Service:It's non-existent.Technical Support:There is a decent amount of information online about administering Google Apps, but more would be helpful.Previous Solutions:Google Apps was the only email solution we used.Initial Setup:It was very simple.Implementation Team:We implemented it in-house.ROI:If we hadn’t had this product, we wouldn’t have had email. I’m sure someone has figured out that email in a business actually has negative ROI, but we’re all going to keep using it anyway.Cost and Licensing Advice:It was almost zero as we paid nothing for the licenses, and the setup cost was only a few hours of our time.Other Solutions Considered:No we didn't as we were looking for a free and lightweight option, and Google Apps satisfied both.Other Advice:If switching, practice with one unimportant mailbox first. Rated 2 out of 5 by from Google Apps for Business: Useful for When Your business is Already Running Valuable Features:Since my goal was to extend my analysis, I found the additional Drive and Gmail storage to be very valuable. Next is the interroperability with Microsoft Outlook, which is a feature also used with Hotmail. I figured the 24/7 phone and email support was a must, too for a new business/startup.Improvements to My Organization:I have no nonprofit organization, so it has not improved anything. However, the extra space in Drive is a potential improvement in user experience because most of the people in our organization are using either a Dropbox or Drive space.Room for Improvement:The Outlook integration or plug-in for current outlook clients is a huge area for improvement. Calendar, contact, all that can be synched needs to be managed too.Use of Solution:Google Apps for Business has been around for a while, but not many companies implement the solution for their employees. Perhaps because individual Gmail account now is already equipped with some of the features in Google Apps for Business.Deployment Issues:Just a few extra time after launch I had to review my Google pages, and make sure that they all synch beautifully. In Asia, not many telecommunication providers have the option for Google Apps for Business deployment. Most just assume the service was free.Stability Issues:No, not really. But it was rather extra work to configure the IMAP or POP on a smartphone.Scalability Issues:No.Customer Service:I would say that the customer service responded. There was a really fast email response and there were links to educational materials in relation to deployment.Technical Support:Prompt and fixed.Previous Solutions:No, I did not use a different solution.Initial Setup:The initial setup is complex. It involved browsing, knowledge of IMAP and POP, and the two-step verification was in place, and then I had to consult with the smartphone provider before I access the Google Apps for Business.ROI:I wanted to see if it would help make better use of my Google+ pages for business. I wanted everything to appear seamlessly, and effortlessly painless.Cost and Licensing Advice:The average day-to-day cost is a little bit extra storage capacity for the browsing on my smartphone, which I normally don't use for the specific tasks.Other Solutions Considered:I looked at, and then I also took another look at blog hosting that provides email and website hosting.Other Advice:I think the on-boarding could be made more efficient, but that doesn't mean more time.Disclaimer: I am a real user, and this review is based on my own experience and opinions.
