What mobile apps does CDW offer? CDW currently offers an iPhone application and mobile website at>
  1. Browse, search, filter, display, and order products
  2. Quickly look up product availability and inventory status
  3. View product details (e.g. description, overview, and specs)
  4. Track your orders
  5. Request a quote and order a completed quote
  6. Order an existing bundle
  7. Save shopping carts
  8. Place orders
  9. Quickly review recent orders and/or quotes
  10. Email a cart
What limitations apply to the mobile apps? Most of the functionality of the CDW web site is now available on the CDW mobile iPhone app and mobile web site, but there are a few features that are not available yet. Here is a list of things you can do on the CDW web site that you will not be able to do from the mobile apps:
  1. You must have a billing address associated with your E-Account.
  2. You will be able to enter a new shipping address, or you can select a shipping address that is associated with your E-Account.
  3. You must have at least one payment method associated with your E-Account in order to pay with a Credit Card.
Will I be able to access my recent orders, quotes, bundles and saved carts using the mobile web application? Yes, all of these features are supported and available on the mobile apps.
