CDW’s forward-thinking strategy and inclusiveness were once again recognized by leading organizations. Fortune twice recognized the growth potential and leadership of CDW this fall.

CDW was named to Fortune’s Future 50, an index that evaluates the long-term growth prospects of major public companies. The index measures capacity across four dimensions – strategy, technology and investments, people and structure. In its analysis, Fortune found strong evidence that diversity is a predictor of future growth. Fortune also honored CDW by naming CEO Chris Leahy to its Most Powerful Women in Business list.

CDW was also named one of America’s Most JUST Companies for 2020, a ranking of leading corporate actors from Forbes and JUST Capital. CDW ranked No. 81 of 922 companies evaluated and No. 3 among computer services industry companies. Companies are evaluated based on data that JUST Capital pulls from public reports, company surveys and crowd-sourced repositories. Using a team of data scientists and statisticians, JUST Capital weighs this data based on what a survey of 95,000 Americans indicates are the most important aspects of business behavior.

Coworker success was honored by CRN UK as two CDW UK coworkers received Women in Channel awards for their ability to inspire the next generation of young females to consider a career in technology. Corrin Davis, warehouse manager, won in the Unsung Hero Award – Reseller category, and Jessica Poulter, senior marketing executive, received “highly commended” status in the Marketing Employee of the Year – Reseller/Services category.

CDW also received several workplace awards. For the 11th consecutive year, CDW was recognized as a Military Friendly Employer. VIQTORY’s Military Friendly Employers list rates companies in six areas: hiring and onboarding, opportunity and advancement, culture and commitment, support and retention, policies and compliance, and recruiting and sourcing. As a Military Friendly Silver Employer, CDW exceeded the standard set by VIQTORY in all of these areas, with especially top marks for support and retention, and policies and compliance. Recruitics also recognized CDW as one of the Top 60 Veteran and Military-Friendly Employers in 2020 for going above and beyond in its efforts to create an inclusive and military-friendly experience.

CDW was honored with an Employees’ Choice Award from job site Glassdoor, recognizing the Best Places to Work in 2020. CDW ranked No. 51 in the U.S. large company category. The Employees’ Choice Awards program is based solely on the input current and former coworkers voluntarily and anonymously share on Glassdoor about their work environments. This year’s winners stand out for putting culture and mission at the core of their operations, for promoting transparency, and for providing career growth opportunities and purpose-driven work, according to Glassdoor.

For the fourth consecutive year, CDW was named to Dallas Business Journal’s Best Places to Work in North Texas list, which identifies top companies based on an indexed score created via employee responses to a survey. CDW ranked No. 7 in the medium company category.
